As a registered user, you can upgrade to the latest version at a special price discount.

If you originally purchased Conflict Checker within 90 days of the date we receive your upgrade order, you can upgrade to the latest version for only $19.95.

If you originally purchased Conflict Checker more than 90 days but within one year from the date we receive your upgrade order, you will receive a $150 discount on the latest version.

If you originally purchased Conflict Checker more than one year and less than 3 years from the date we receive your upgrade order, you will receive a $100 discount on the latest version.

If you originally purchased Conflict Checker more than 3 years and less than 5 years from the date we receive your upgrade order, you will receive a $50 discount on the latest version.

If you originally purchased Conflict Checker more than 5 years from the date we receive your upgrade order, you will receive a $25 discount on the latest version.

If you order the upgrade, we'll send you a new CD and software package with the latest version and instructions for upgrading.

To purchase an upgrade, go to the seaBILL Online Store and order a new program and indicate in the COMMENTS section of the order form that you are a registered user who is upgrading. Include the registered user firm name. Your initial order confirmation will NOT include the discount but we will adjust your order total before processing to reflect the correct charge.
If we cannot locate your registered user information we will contact you BEFORE we take any action.

  To upgrade to BSA Pro, go to the seaBILL Online Store and order the program you want with the options you want. Please note in the 'Comments' section of the Order Form that you are a registered user and give us the registered user firm name.  If your firm is a registered user of BSA or BSA98, you will receive a special, one-time $50 price discount when your order is processed. Your discount will be reflected in your Order Confirmation email (NOT on the order form). If we are unable to locate your firm as a registered user, we'll notify you BEFORE we process your order.

QUICKEN/QuickBooks LINK - You can also add the new QUICKEN and QuickBooks Links when you upgrade to BSA Pro for only an additional $59.95. This is a $20 savings for on line orders.

PALM PDA LINK - Download a free copy of BSApal for Palm PDAs. The software for your PDA is FREE! To Post the entries from your PDA into BSA Pro, you can add the new Palm PDA Link when you upgrade to BSA Pro for only an additional $99.95 per user.

DATA CORRUPTION - If you have CORRUPT DATABASE, you should have a back up system that allows you to recover gracefully. If you don't, you will have to delete your old BSA program, re install it and re enter your clients, matters and beginning balances. You will lose your old billing data but at least you can get started again.
  Obviously, it is far better to have an adequate back up program in place. If you have a corrupt database, it may be possible for an expert to repair it. While it is never a sure thing, it is possible.
  With this in mind, we offer a Data Recovery Service that MAY be able to recover your data. The normal fee for this service is a minimum of $300. However, we have obtained a special rate for BSA users of only $200 Flat Fee. And, the charge is only assessed if the database is repaired and the data is substantially intact!  If you upgrade to BSA Pro, you will be entitled to free email support for 30 days after the upgrade. Thereafter, you can purchase additional support if you need it. Most people will never need it!
